When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime of day provided move in paperwork is completed.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month; however, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We do no require any at this time.

Does there have to be someone in the office for me to enter the property?

No. You have full access 24 hours a day; including weekends and holidays!

How do I make a payment?

You can have your payments automatically deducted form your credit or debit card/savings/checking account monthly, You can also pay in person or mail by check or money order or make a one time payment through the website.

Do you sell locks, boxes and storage supplies?

Not at this time. You will need to provide your own lock.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis, unless the customer requests otherwise. A 12 month contract is available with a special offer if you rent a 40' or two 20' containers on your property.

Are there any items that I am NOT able/allowed to store?

Hazardous materials, substance or waste, illegal goods, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables, no living creature or organism, or dead animal or any other carcass. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Can my container be loaded in one place and moved to another?

No, we are not able to secure the contents of the container at this time.

Is it safe to store upholstered items in my container?

When storing upholstered items in a container, we recommend using buckets of desiccant or silica tablets to wick the humidity out of the air and prevent mildewing. DampRid® is a popular brand sold at both Lowes, Home Depot or you can order a Desiccant on uline.com to hang on the wall.

Can mice get into a closed container?

No, as long as the door seals are in good condition, and there are no holes in the walls or floor of the container, rodents cannot access a closed container. However, if the doors are left open, mice have been known to enter and to become trapped inside once the doors are closed again.

Are the containers air and water tight?

Containers are Weather-tight, meaning that rain, wind, snow, etc. cannot get into a closed container. There are vents in containers that allow minimal ventilation, so it cannot be considered air-tight. Also, in the event of a flood, water can eventually work its way up through the floor of a container.
